Regulated Goods: Rocket motors, reload kits, black powder, pyrotechnic igniters, and associated energetics are regulated as hazardous materials (HAZMAT) under U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
Ground Shipping Only: All HAZMAT items must ship via authorized DOT-compliant ground freight services. Air shipping options (e.g., Overnight, 2-Day Air, Priority Mail Express) are legally prohibited and unavailable for hazardous merchandise.
Geographic Restrictions: We ship HAZMAT items strictly within the contiguous United States. We cannot ship HAZMAT products to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or international addresses.

Adult Signature Required: Due to federal and state law, HAZMAT deliveries require an adult (18 years or older) with a valid government-issued ID to be present and sign for the package upon delivery.
Accurate Shipping Address: You are responsible for providing a valid physical delivery address where an eligible adult is available. If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address or missed delivery attempts, additional re-shipping and return carrier fees will apply at your expense.

HAZMAT Surcharges: Carrier-imposed HAZMAT handling surcharges are added at checkout in addition to standard ground shipping rates.
Non-Refundable Fees: All shipping charges and HAZMAT carrier surcharges are strictly non-refundable once the shipment has dispatched from our facility.

Estimated Delivery Times: Delivery dates provided at checkout or in confirmation emails are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, HAZMAT inspections, or circumstances beyond our control.
Transfer of Title & Risk: Title and risk of loss pass to you once the shipment is transferred to the designated carrier.

Final Sale on Dispatched Goods: Once a HAZMAT shipment leaves our facility, the sale is final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or redirected in transit due to safety chain-of-custody rules.
Pre-Shipment Cancellations: Requests to cancel an order prior to carrier dispatch may be subject to a processing or restocking fee.
Damaged Deliveries: If your package arrives damaged, you must notify us in writing at info@buyrocketmotors.com within 48 hours of delivery, including detailed photos of the outer box and affected products.
