Shear pins are a great way to secure your rocket when concerned about drag separation or in a dual deployment configuration. As nylon screws, you simply use a tap to create a hole into your air frame and coupler. Our starter set includes a tap and 10 nylon screws. The reload pack has 20 screws. Available in M2 at 3/8″ long M3 at 1/2″ long, and M4 at 1/2″ long sizes. Please note! M4 can be destructive to un-reinforced cardboard! Using CA or Epoxy after tapping is critical to avoid airframe damage!
