Let's face it, some things don't always turn out as planned. These Slims™ are nice, just not nice enough by Kozmo standards, so we're offering them at huge discount! These "2nds" Slims™ are Made in Texas by us, machined from 6061-T6 Aluminum Aircraft Grade Aluminum, Type II Anodized. These are fully usable, but expect machining marks, maybe a rough edge, or blemishes. Supplies come and go randomly.
Made in Texas. These retainers are machined in the Great State of Texas out of 6061-T6 Aluminum. The Slim™ is sold as a single low-profile ring including one 302 Stainless Steel snap ring. The Slim™ is Type 2 Anodized with Gold, Red, Blue and Black options. The Slims™ will fit snugly to our 38mm and 54mm filament wound motor mount tubes and are amazingly lightweight. Attach using JB Weld or similar. Simply insert the snap ring easily by hand, then remove by gently popping the snap ring out using a flat-head screw driver, or other non-marring tool. Slims™ are designed to work with Aerotech or Cesaroni style aft closures. A spacer ring will be required with research style snap ring motors, or Loki Research motors.
