Be aware that this is a motor that produces sparks and that some flying fields do not allow this.

This reload kit is packaged using the new Aerotech RMS reload kit packaging method which uses a yellow tube similar to the DMS motors.  The reload kit also comes standard with a long 14 second adjustable delay.  Use the RMS Delay Drilling Tool (RDDT) to adjust the delay to your desired length.  This reload kit fits RMS-38/360 hardware.  The secondary pictures showing the traditional bag with loose components is historical purposes only.

Level 1 required. Please respond to your Order Confirmation with proof of Certification level otherwise your package may be delayed. A picture or scan of your membership card or a letter/email from Tripoli or NAR is fine as well.

Flat/regressive 2 second burn. Good white flame, thick white smoke, not very sparky due to the lack of contrast between the smoke and sparks. Very mellow motor that can really get some altitude. Maximum liftoff weight is 12.73 pounds.

I’ve flown several of these motors over the past few months, and I really like them. They have boosted my LOC Vulcanite to over 4000 feet, yet are not overly powerful, so you don’t have to worry about the fins being stripped off the rocket. The sparky component is really nice, but you do have to be aware of the added danger of starting a fire. But of course, that’s why we have fire suppression equipment next to the pad, right? My only complaint is that the exhaust is rather oily, so you need to clean the residue off the rail or rod as soon as you can. Two thumbs up!
